The most successful organizations are those that understand themselves deeply—both at the individual and collective level. At Enlarjing Steps, we use Enneagram typing to help leaders and teams uncover their core motivations, strengths, and blind spots. This self-awareness becomes the foundation for executive leadership coaching, where leaders learn to harness their unique styles, improve communication, and inspire alignment across the organization. Combined with strategic business consulting, this approach ensures that culture, processes, and structures are not only efficient but also human-centered. The result is a company that scales performance sustainably, with leaders who are empowered, teams that are engaged, and resilient systems.
Avoid Slippage
In this part we provide some TIPS that will help you to level up your professional and business aspirations, skills and actions.
Our guiding STEPs are briefly stated but provide insightful and helpful hints to inspire your chosen life journey.
Be a dreamer
To achieve your dream you should be realistic. Jot down actionable steps which would assist you in ascertaining how you are going to achieve that dream.
Be open-minded
To consider different perspectives. Use opportunities with self-education, become street-wise, and ask questions to enhance your knowledge.
Be curious
To gather and glean interesting and useful information from every formal or informal conversation.
Be ready
To learn from successful people, and embrace and localize their approaches to how you establish your performance
Be eager
To challenge yourself and get into the competition. Take thoughtful steps, though small they are small victories that build towards a successful outcome.
Be a doer
To establish a habit of taking action on what you dream to do.
Starting Wise
1. Write down your business ideas to develop a compelling business concept that will be the foundation of your business plan.
2. Avoid or minimize your entry into a red ocean market by identifying current dominant business realities, carefully targeting customer segments, and being a deliberate early adopter to succeed.
3. A unique product or service is not always guaranteed to grow your business in the long run. Protect your unique and creative business ideas by registering your intellectual property (IP). Remember, that the risk of Copycats is real.
4. Naming your company, and identifying your value proposition and business motto, should align to your business mission and goals.
5. Business location is about your targeted market and demographics, visibility of your business offerings, and competitive pricing of your products and services.
6. Your business selling (elevator) pitch should be short, stating in simple terms what your products and services are meant to solve, and the benefit a customer is intended to receive.
7. Confidently act on your business idea as a wonderful opportunity. Be composed even in challenging situations and do not let your frustrations lose control of your set goal and don’t allow business to go downhill.
Small Actions bear big changes
Put time aside to understand the situation
Time well spend in preparing an important business project requires thoughtfulness and patience in understanding your current environment.
Toss out a couple ideas with friends to test your business concept
In sharing your ideas with friends or family members as you conceptualise your business ideas be mindful to selectively disclose your ultimate goal.
Consider valuable feedback
Not all responses will be valuable. Be aware of positive criticism. Otherwise, say nothing, do nothing, and be nothing.
Pen down precisely where you want to be
Visualise your destination and write down your thought.
Seek support to ensure achievement of your goals
Take a step forward and make your dream happen. Seek the necessary support from subject matter experts.
Put to Action and celebrate success
It will require hardwork, sweat and commitment BUT the taste of success is sweeter.
This metaphor introduced by Jonathan Haidt, explains our two sides as being (1) the emotional side, represented by an Elephant; AND (2) the analytical / rational side, represented by the Rider of the Elephant.
The Elephant and Rider Metaphor provides a possible approach to comprehend challenges with clarity, through motivation for change, and encouragement to make specific changes. Uncertainty and inconsistencies in attitudes and actions may be a reflection of a problematic driving behaviour which can result in us being stuck in an undesirable situation.
Your Analytical Rational side as the Rider is expected to clarify the goal by analysing and taking an informed decision. The Lack of Clarity results in being stuck – the Elephant go around in a circle.
In order to move forward or change a direction, the emotional Elephant side need to be motivated and be energised by the Rider to take a rational direction.
That is made possible when the focal point (ultimate outcome) is clearly defined to confine the Rider and the Elephant to be agreeable to stay on course towards the desired goal.

Honesty and integrity are sometimes painful virtues to uphold in business dealings though always have the best work outcome.
Honesty brings together genuine business partners and customers.
The integrity of character is tested when we refuse or compromise on matters of principle.
